INTRODUCTION
1.1 General
In every conversation we use language as well as we can. Every word we speak  there is mean behind it. We must choose wisely in every word. So everyone will understand what we are talking about.
Language is a symbol of every nations, because language is vital to communicate in every interaction from people to people. Each language has rules. We often refer to as grammar, a lot of the rules that must be observed to use it, especially about tenses.
Therefore, it is necessary to understand that there are grammatical in English. We must observe it so that is becomes a coherent sentence and correct according to tenses.

What is tenses?
What kinds of tenses?
How rule of every tenses ?
How to make sentences with correct tenses?

1.3 Purpose
From identification of a problem, the purpose of this paper is to describe and explain about tenses in English Language, explaining procedure to write a sentences with correct tenses.

CHAPTER 2
CONTENTS
2.1 Definition Of Tenses
Tense is a method that we use in English to refer to time - past, present and future. Many languages use tenses to talk about time. Other languages have no tenses, but of course they can still talk about time, using different methods.
2.2 Various Of Tenses
1. Present Tense

a) Simple Present Tense
This tenses is used to express something that have the character of remain to, real truth or habit. Because often concerning occurence of past time, now and will come. This Tense at least having selected time description.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) Risa go to Banyuwangi.
(-) Risa don’t go to Banyuwangi.
(?) Does Risa go to Banyuwangi?

b.(+) Sarah buy ice cream at Liam’s Ice and Café.
(-) Sarah does not buy ice cream at Liam’s Ice and Cafe.
(?) Does Sarah buy ice cream at Liam’s Ice and Cafe?




b) Present Continous Tense
This Tense is used to express something really action is doing in this time. sentences in this tense a more regular than present tense.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) Narto is going to Caruban this morning.
(-) Narto is not going to Caruban this morning.
(?) Is Narto going to Caruban this morning?

b. (+) They are playing UNO today.
(-) They are not playing UNO today.
(?) Are they playing UNO today?

c) Present Perfect Tense
 This is Tense which was generally assumed most was difficult to comprehended. To overcome this matter is we have to recognize marking of Tense this. Present Perfect Tense Of dot weigh against at "It have or have its" an action "is not at time doing" action. Present Perfect Tense don't make account of when the happening of an action but the haveness of action done.
Formula :

Examples : a.(+)  I have eaten soto already.
(-)  I have not eaten soto already.
(?) Have you eaten soto already?

b. (+) Rere has fought with his brother already.
(-) Rere has not fought with his brother already.
(?) Has Rere fought with his brother already?
d) Present Perfect Continous Tense
 If an action started past time but still is doing till now hence us use sentence in the form of Present Perfect Continuous Tense. This Tense is weared if Verb is including static nature.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+)  I have been moving this big rock to corner.
(-) I have not been moving this big rock to corner.
(?) Have I been moving this big rock to corner?

b. (+) Kobayashi has been buying cabbage at market for a month.
(-) Kobayashi has not been buying cabbage at market for a month.
(?) Has Kobayashi been buying cabbage at market for a month?

2. Past Tense

a) Simple Past Tense
This tenses is used to express an old world action that happened. Way past tense form depend on type of second Verb. first way added d or of ed at second verb (regular verb). Second way in generally change the vowel sounds (irregular verb).
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) I designed poster yesterday.
(-) I did not designed poster yesterday.
(?) Did I designed poster yesterday?
b. (+) Riana saw a ghost last month.
(-) Riana did not see a ghost last month.
(?) Did Riana see a ghost last month?

b) Past Continous Tense
This Tenses is used to express an action which is happened in past time. and at the same time happened other action. This Tense emphasize is the happening of the action not its have.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) Nindy was drinking pineapple juice.
(-) Nindy was not drinking pineapple juice.
(?) Was Nindy drinking pineapple juice?

b.(+) My team were studying about monetary.
(-) My team were not studying about monetary.
(?) Were my team studying about monetary?

c) Past Perfect Tense
It is the same with Past Continuos Tense nor selfsupporting as simple sentence but have to provide with Past Tense sentence. this used to express an action which have been done in past time.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) Hasan had met his friend at the night.
(-) Hasan had not met his friend at the night.
(?) Had Hasan met his friend at the night?

b.(+) I had studied business at the evening.
(-) I had not studied about business at the evening.
(?) Had I studied about business at the evening?

d) Past Perfect Continous Tense
Present participle of Past this Perfect like action which still take place past time when an other occurence cut.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) I had been reading Harry Potter.
(-) I had not been reading Harry Potter.
(?) Had I been reading Harry Potter?

b. (+) Tarman had been meeting with his father at riverside.
(-) Tarman had not been meeting with his father at riverside.
(?) Had Tarman been meeting with his father at riverside?

3. Future Tense

a) Simple Future Tense
This Tense is used to express an action to happen in the future.
Formula:

Examples : a. (+) I will shoot the target at north side.
(-) I will not shoot the target at north side.
(?) Will I shoot the target at north side?

b. (+) Pury will make a new recipe.
(-) Pury will not make a new recipe.
(?) Will Pury make a new recipe?

b) Future Continous Tense
 This Tense is used to express estimated to action underway at the time of selected is future or there is happened other action.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) I will be making a great food with tofu.
(-) I will not be making a great food with tofu.
(?) Will i be making a great food with tofu?

b. (+) Elok shall be winning the accounting olympic tommorow.
(-) Elok shall not be winning the accounting olympic tommorow.
(?) Shall Elok be winning the accounting olympic tommorow?


c) Future Perfect Tense
 This Tense is used to express an estimated action have been done at the selected time in future or if there are any other action.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) I shall have left the oxygen liquid here.
(-) I shall not have left the oxygen liquid here.
(?) Shall I shall left the oxygen liquid here?

b. (+) Yusuf Mansur shall have planned the business training at summer.
(-) Yusuf Mansur shall not have planned the business training at summer.
(?) Shall Yusuf Mansur have planned the business training at summer?

d) Future Perfect Continous Tense
 This Tense is weared to express an estimated action will come in selected future period or if there are any happened other action. This tense seldom wear.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) I will have been playing Clash of Clans.
(-)  I will not have been playing Clash of Clans.
(?) Will I have been playing Clash of Clans?

b. (+) Lee will have been discusing about martial art for next 2 hours.
(-) Lee will not  have been discusing about martial art for next 2 hours.
(?) Will Lee have been discusing about martial art for next 2 hours?

4. Past Future Tense

a) Past Future Tense
 This Tense generally only used in Conditional or Reported Speech.
Formula :

Examples : a. (+) I should talk to her at home.
(-) I should not talk to her at home.
(?) Should i talk to her at home?

b. (+) Bill Gates would give money if u ask to him.
(-) Bill Gates would not give money if u ask to him.
(?) Would Bill Gates give money if u ask to him?

b) Past Future Continous Tense
This Tense is weared very rare and if there are any, only met in Reported Speech.
Formula :

Examples : a.  (+) I should be playing jaranan with my friend.
(-) I should not be playing jaranan with my friend.
(?) Should I be playing jaranan with my friend?

b. (+) Didit would be working in research department.
(-) Didit would not be working in research department.
(?) Would Didit be working in research department?

c) Past Future Perfect Tense
 This Tense intrinsically only weared in Conditional as main clause for expressing unreal past.
Formula :

Examples : a.  (+) I would have met my family at the station.
(-) I would not have met my family at the station.
(?) Would I have met my family at the station?

b. (+) Lusi should has studied about medical on sunday.
(-) Lusi should not has studied about medical on sunday.
(?) Should Lusi has studied about medical on sunday?


d) Past Future Perfect Continous Tense
 This Tense is used very rare even in Reported Speech even if.
Formulas of  Past Future Perfect Continuous Tense.
Formula :

Examples : a.  (+) My sister would have been watching tv for long time.
(-) My sister would have not been watching tv for long time.
(?) Would my sister have been watching tv for long time?

b. (+) Hamid has been making a great impact in his career.
(-) Hamid has not been making a great impact in his career.
(?) Has Hamid been making a great impact with his career?

CHAPTER 3
CONCLUSION
From explanantion above we can conclude that tenses is important. Tenses is a important rule in english language to making a good and correct sentences so people who read it can understand what we mean.
Its really important to know whats people mean in every conversation. After we learn about tenses, then we will also understand how to arrange the word to be correctly, so it becomes a coherent sentence and correct according to tenses & grammatical rules.
